The Role We are looking for a Chef who is passionate about cooking and are ready to believe in delivering quality meals to our members and guests, and who take pride in creating and serving meals to a high industry standard. Duties and requirements - Food preparation
- Cookery trade qualifications
- Significant A la carte, and cafe cooking experience
- Grill, Pan and Fryer experience necessary
- Maintain standards for food storage, stock rotation, and quality
- Minimising wastage
- Maintaining clean and tidy work area
- Follow safe work procedures
- Be a strong team member, willing to adapt to change and follow direction
- Excellent personal hygiene & HACCP knowledge
- Operation of Kitchen equipment
- Team worker, pleasant vibrant personality
- Take pride in their work
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional Customer service skills
Hours of Work Weekly roster - Full Time position. 4 Days per week, no split shifts.
