Hervey Bay Mini Golf is located on the beautiful Fraser Coast. Mini Golf is a  fun, friendly and entertaining venue in the Bay. Situated on the corner of Bideford and Truro Street in Torquay. The Cafe has a delicious variety of snack food and drinks for guests. The venue is fully licensed, and caters for parties, functions and corporate events.

The Role

We are looking for a COOK who is passionate about cooking and are ready to believe in delivering quality meals to our  guests, and who take pride in creating and serving meals to a high industry standard.

Duties and requirements

• Food preparation
• Significant  cafe cooking experience
• Maintain standards for food storage, stock rotation, and quality
• Minimising wastage
• Maintaining clean and tidy work area
• Follow safe work procedures
• Be a strong team member, willing to adapt to change and follow direction
• Excellent personal hygiene & HACCP knowledge
• Operation of Kitchen equipment
• Team worker, pleasant vibrant personality
• Take pride in their work
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional Customer service skills

 Hours of Work

Weekly roster - part time or full time position . 

Must be available days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
