Key Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient operation of Catering Areas
• Supervision and Training of Staff
• Communication and reccomendations to Management
• Maintaining hygiene and occupational health and safety requirements
• Customer relations with our loyal members and guests

Requirements:

• Self Motivated with previous supervision experience
• QLD RSA
• Positive written and oral communication skills
• Customer service focused
